Our Garden Landscaping company seeks Gardeners for Hamilton's beautiful gardens.
We are a reputable niche landscaping company that appeals to residential customers around the Hamilton area. Our company offers hard and soft landscaping solutions (from design to implementation) and ongoing garden maintenance services.
We welcome a Gardener / Trainee Gardener with:
• A clean Full driver's licence and no record of DUI offences.
• Physically fit and strong, as this is a hands on role.
• A friendly helpful attitude. Looking out for others interests. Team worker. Confident but humble.
• You will be trained and therefore happy to do all Gardening tasks such as hedge trimming, ladder hedge trimming, pruning, using power-tools, digging, planting, weeding, plant pest & disease control.
• Willing and able to follow instructions carefully and fully every day.
• Communication skills: Able to ask for further instructions, able to admit you don't know how to do something. Able to say "Thank you, Yes please". Not a disruptive person.
• You must have an eye for detail and be committed to producing quality work every time.
• Preferred but not necessary: Horticulture knowledge (Horticulture and landscaping qualification an advantage, however, not essential for keen candidates)
• Proficient with mobile phone technology, and able to adapt quickly to new applications.
• Able to work independently or in a team.
• Able to communicate respectfully with clients and management.

• Pay dependant on proven skills. Likely minimum wage if no experience during training, then
$26hr plus bonuses if progressing past six months.
